It hasn't rained in Rome for three years and the lack of water changes the rules and habits. In the thirsty city filled with prohibitions, a chorus of characters moves, young and old, marginalized and successful, victims and exploiters. Their lives are intertwined in a single mocking and tragic design, while each seeks their own redemption.
The film was presented at the Venice Film Festival in 2022 and received the Francesco Pasinetti 2022 Awards, given by the Italian Film Journalists, and the Soundtrack Stars Award for Best Soundtrack.
